This place is dope! Good food ,clean environment and great welcoming vibes!*They accept Card only! And either order inside the restaurant at the kiosk or online! We chose to use the kiosk, it was very simple to operate. We ordered a soul bowl, peach cobbler, cat fish (tofu) and 2 lavender lemonades.. Everything was fresh and delicious. 14 years ago I became allergic to seafood I still remember what it use to taste like. There fish, satisfyingly actived my pallets tasty memories of fish. I will be back! This one is definitely getting added to my favorites list!

I was finally able to visit this GEM after a few visits to Detroit. I'm elated to have met the owner and very confident that she is dedicated to authentic Vegan food. Everything we ordered was delectable and savory. The atmosphere is inviting and clean. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I'm in the area. The menu, pricing and wait time is equal to the quality product she presents.

My niece REALLY liked the catfish sandwich and the Mac and cheese (as you can see, that didn't make it home). The catfish sandwich had a LOT of flavor, and as someone who has only had tofu once and didn't like the texture, they way the cook the tofu at Vegan Soul is AMAZING. I definitely see myself having that sandwich AGAIN!

The lady was nice on the phone. The place looks really clean.. but the food.. I am so disappointed looking at these good reviews. The rice was uncooked ..it was very very hard. The Black eyed peas taste like they came out of a can.. the greens had no flavor at all.. there was no tomatoes and onions on top of migraines like they have on the picture online. The cornbread was good. The yams and macaroni was good also. I'm just sick that I paid $25 for a little platter .. I understand everything is up on prices.. but at least make sure the food is cooked correctly.. it feels like I was just robbed of 25.00. seriously. PS as you can see I am a real reviewer. When you see companies with one or two reviews most of them are fake.. and no I am not saying that is what's going on here . FYI that's all.

Such an inviting place. As soon as you walk in you feel cozy and welcomed. They will definitely need a bigger location soon, with how delicious they're food is. It's a tad small but it's a great start! I suggest take out if you have a party over 4... The atmosphere was beautiful, simple, and modern. It was very clean and almost elegant. The service was good and the wait was bearable. Then the food came.... Oh my goodness! It was delectable, savory, flavorful, comforting, and so filling. They had an easy menu full of different selections. The whole experience was well worth the 45 minute drive. The prices weren't bad either, you get a good amount of food. I would highly recommend this wonderful restaurant and it's mouthwatering food. 10/10 Can't wait for the next visit!

I finally decided to try this and it was a waste of my time. I ordered through Grubhub. The receipt stapled to the bag has my order on it. The food inside the box is NOT what I ordered! I mean come on, how hard is it to put the correct food in the correct bag? Waste of time and will not be giving it another shot. Thumbs dooown!!

I ordered takeout … I had the vegan spaghetti (it was dry) not tasty at all. I had the Mac n cheese (oily) there was no cheese and it was super oily and peppery. I had the tofu catfish, that was the only thing that was actually good with hot sauce. I threw my food in the garbage and haven’t been back since. I was highly disappointed.
